The water is absolutely safe. The Genie have various filtering as well as UV bacteria sterilization processes to ensure the healthiest and great tasting water possible.
Is the water produced from the Genie machine safe?
The Genie comes in various capacities, a 12l/day desktop model, 30l/day home/office model, 1000l/day commercial units as well as various industrial machines up to 75000/day.
How much water can the Genie produce in a day?
No, the Aqua Genie is extremely energy efficient and has a very low running cost dependant on humidity and ambient temperature conditions.
Is it expensive to produce water with our machines?
The Aqua Genie use cutting-edge green technology to function with a very low energy rating. The technology brings fresh water into your home without the need of any infrastructure.
Is the Aqua Genie environment friendly?
Higher humidity and temperature conditions will improve the production and cost effectiveness of producing clean water. Optimal production will be at 80% humidity at 30 degree celsius. The Genie will still produce water at 30% humidity just at a slower rate per day.
What is the optimal conditions for the Aqua Genie to be most efficient?
Not difficult at all. The Aqua Genie comes with all filters readily installed and is plug & play ready to use. The heating & refrigerating will only start at 50% full capacity. For initial setup we recommend to just connect the Genie to your electrical outlet and leave it for three days before any use.
Is it difficult to install the Aqua Genie machine?
The Genie can be set to chill water from 4°C - 10°C and hot water from of 75°C - 95°C. The heating can be switched off which then dispenses room temperature filtered water.
What are the temperature ranges for the COLD and HOT water dispensers?
Your Genie will come with a two year warranty on defective parts which is subject to a chargable service and filter change every six months from date of delivery.
